This lunar telescope is built specifically for children between the ages of 8 and 12 who are interested in the moon. It comes with a tabletop tripod that provides a steady base for viewing, along with a finder scope to help locate targets quickly. The design is lightweight and easy for smaller hands to adjust without adult assistance.

The optics are optimized for viewing the lunar surface, allowing kids to see craters and plains in detail. It is a functional science tool that encourages hands-on learning and curiosity about the solar system. The assembly is simple, so young users can get started with their observations shortly after opening the box.

Included in this set are educational materials that provide context for what the child is seeing through the eyepiece. This helps turn a simple viewing session into a more comprehensive learning experience. It is a durable instrument intended to withstand regular use by curious kids who want to explore the night sky from their own homes.
